About Bluebonnet Fiber
Our mission is to bridge the digital divide by bringing high-speed fiber internet to rural Texas communities.
Our Story
Bluebonnet Fiber was born out of a simple observation: the ability to communicate is a necessity often under delivered in Texas, leaving entire communities behind in the digital age. While urban areas enjoyed fast, reliable internet connections, many Texan residents and businesses struggled with slow, unreliable service that limited their opportunities. The founders, Janice and Wyatt Ciomperlik having lived in rural areas the bulk of their lives have personally experienced the costs and opportunity loss of being left out of the modern era.
Named after the iconic Texas state flower, Bluebonnet Fiber represents our deep roots in Texas and our commitment to serving local communities.
Our Mission
At Bluebonnet Fiber, our mission is to bridge the digital divide by providing world-class fiber internet infrastructure to underserved rural communities. We believe that access to high-speed internet is no longer a luxury—it's a necessity for education, healthcare, business, and everyday life.
Our Approach
Unlike traditional ISPs, we take a community-first approach. Before expanding to a new area, we engage with local residents, businesses, and government to understand their specific needs. We build our networks with future growth and reliability in mind, using the latest fiber optic technology to ensure our customers have access to the fastest, most reliable internet possible.
